Reads the other applications and says something when a date is close, a check fails or a bank connection needs attention. The design problem is not delivery, it is restraint: a stream of nudges you learn to ignore is worse than silence.

The parts worth mentioning
- Thresholds rather than daily reports: an item is announced at defined distances from its date and is otherwise silent
- Fail-closed content gate — anything not explicitly marked as shareable is withheld, and the withholding is recorded
- "Could not reach the source" is kept distinct from "nothing is due", because a notifier that confuses them fails silently forever
